Three stacked Herkimer diamonds — clear, raw, catching light at every angle — fall from hammered gold hoops, each one shaped exactly as it emerged from the earth. These double-terminated quartz crystals formed over 500 million years ago in the dolostone bedrock of New York's Mohawk Valley, growing in darkness until someone pulled them into light. They arrive already faceted — no cutting, no polishing. The earth finished them.
The Mohawk people revered Herkimer diamonds as sacred stones and fashioned them into amulets and trade pieces long before the rest of the world caught on. Each crystal is double-terminated — pointed on both ends — with 18 natural faces total, a structure believed to both receive and transmit energy simultaneously.
