I adhere to strict quality control prior to sending pieces to their new homes. As all pieces are handcrafted and made to order, returns are generally not accepted; however, if there is an issue with your piece, please contact me upon receipt at: emeraldfairyart@gmail.com and include the nature of what the problem is as well as photos and I will work with you to remedy the issue.​
