Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, clean, and in their original Emerald and Fairy packaging (gift box).

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Ship the item/s back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges & Cancellations:

Exchanges are accepted; however, the item being returned must be received and inspected prior to the item being exchanged is shipped out.

If the item is not returned in it's original condition, then the client is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations are not accepted.
How to Request a Return:

Click here , choose the "Return Request" option from the drop down menu, fill out all required fields .

Submit the form and we will reply with help and/or a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and/or instructions for the return.

Package your jewelry carefully, ship pieces back to us via tracking number and insurance. Send us the tracking number, and keep your tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. All return shipping costs covered by the client. Returns are subject to 7.5% fee which covers the cost of insurance and shipping.
Custom orders, home product, gift cards, subscription boxes (Monthly Treasure Chest), exchanges, items bought with store credit, and sale items are final sale.
Because of the nature of these handmade items, we cannot accept returns for customized, personalized, or custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email Emerald@emeraldfairyart.com immediately with a photo and your order number.

If there's a mistake (e.g., spelling or stamping, customization, or engraving errors), we will cover the cost to remake or fix your item—at no cost to you. We want you to love your new treasure! ✨🧚
