Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be made. Some items may be in-stock and if so will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.

Note: Dates are approximate. During peak times such as holidays or sales, this production time may increase. We always try to process and ship orders as soon as possible.
US Shipping

All orders being shipped in the US are free shipping.

Tax will be listed and collected at checkout if your state implements sales tax.

We will ship items together in the same purchase. If you make multiple purchases and we have not shipped out your items yet and we can do so, we will ship them together.

All packages will ship insured.

Express shipping will be offered for an additional fee.
International Shipping

All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered.

The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees, taxes, and duties.

If express shipping is available to your country it will be offered for an additional fee.
Packaging:

All items will be shipped out gift ready at no additional fee to you.

Included in your package will be a polishing cloth appropriate for the metal type in the order, and care instructions.

Please send us a message if you purchased multiple items and need them packaged separately (ie. you are gifting 2 people with the items ordered, versus it being for 1 person or yourself) There will be no additional charge for this, but if you do not message us we will by default place items together in 1 gift box as they fit.
